ARQCON LLC, was created in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 2008.
Mike Lorenzo, founder of ARQCON LLC, is an accomplished professional who holds his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Florida Atlantic University and a Master's Degree in Construction Management from New York University (NYU). He is passionate about the field of architecture and construction and has a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality. Through his career, Mike has provided a personalized management strategy to a variety of sectors within the construction industry, including Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Mixed Use, Marinas, and with a few of our governmental agencies such as United State Postal Service (USPS), General Service Administration (GSA) and The Air National Guard.
Under Mike’s leadership, ARQCON LLC has established a solid reputation for integrity and excellence, offering clients a tailored, business value solutions. ARQCON LLC has provided turn-key Construction Management and Owners Representative services in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
In addition to his land-based professional achievements, Mike previously held a USCG 100 Ton Near Coastal Captain License and has traveled extensively throughout North America’s coast, the Bahamas, Caribbean, Belize, and French Polynesia. His love of travel and architecture has taken him to some of the most beautiful places in the world, and he brings that same sense of uniqueness and creativity to every project he undertakes.

1. Home Inspections:
Selling or buying in today’s real estate market? Our thorough home inspections help prospective buyers or sellers make informed decisions by identifying any potential issues or deficiencies in the property. We conduct a detailed examination of the building's structure, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and more.
2. General Routine Inspections:
We offer general routine inspections for property owners, landlords or managers who want to proactively maintain the safety and functionality of their buildings. Our inspections cover various aspects, including Safety, structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, and overall compliance with our codes of conduct.
3. Wind Mitigation:
Wind mitigation inspection covers the exterior of your home. We will inspect your roof, windows, doors along with additional wind mitigation building elements.
4. 4 Point Inspection.
A 4-point home inspection covers the following systems HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roofing.
5. Bank Draw Inspections.
If you have a construction project that required private or commercial financing. An onsite draw inspection may be required by Owner/bank for the approval of their payments to general contractors or other.
6. Construction turnover/close out inspection.
If you have a larger construction project and a third-party site inspection may be required for Owner punch out and final owners’ approvals and project acceptance.
